About Sagentivum

Structural methods, applied to problems where execution has to follow intent.

Sagentivum is a Sydney-based independent advisory and product venture. The practice applies structural methods — drawn from safety-critical systems engineering, twenty years of senior consulting, and COO-level institutional leadership — to the problems organisations face when they try to transform, automate, or restructure, and find that execution does not follow intent.

The central methodology treats an organisation's decision architecture as a structural object that can be analysed, diagnosed, and improved before significant change is deployed into it. That analysis has direct application in AI deployment pre-qualification, operating model redesign, and governance reform.

What the practice does

Three areas of work. One underlying method.

01

Decision architecture

Analysis of how authority, accountability, and execution actually flow through an organisation — distinct from how governance documents describe it.

02

Structural pre-qualification

Assessment of whether an organisation has the structural properties required to host enterprise AI deployments, operating model changes, and transformation programmes before they go live.

03

Strategic decision support

Pressure-test consequential decisions before commitment. TactiPath maps the strategic game inside a situation and works through the logic with you.

TactiPath
Strategy is the deliberate allocation of attention. The system should make that allocation visible.
Operating principle

Before you deploy, redesign, or restructure — know what your organisation can actually host.

A structural diagnostic clarifies what is workable now, what would need to change, and where the highest-risk conditions sit.
